This organization supports a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects and is known for delivering complex steel packages with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Role Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing structural steel projects from award through closeout, ensuring successful delivery in terms of schedule, budget, safety, and quality. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will coordinate across internal departments including detailing, procurement, fabrication, and logistics.The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex fabrication-driven projects and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong client relationships.Project Type:Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals – Commercial, Industrial, and Manufacturing ProjectsJob Responsibilities:Reviews contract documents, scope of work, and project requirements for completenessDevelops and manages project schedules, budgets, and execution plansServes as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycleCoordinates with internal teams including detailing, engineering, procurement, fabrication, coatings, and logisticsManages material procurement and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely deliveryTracks project progress, providing updates on schedule, cost, and earned value metricsIdentifies project risks and implements mitigation strategiesManages RFIs, submittals, and change ordersEnsures adherence to quality, safety, and contract requirementsSupports invoicing, billing, and collections efforts as neededMonitors project performance and escalates issues as necessary to leadershipQualifications / Requirements:5+ years of Project Management experience within structural steel fabrication or constructionStrong understanding of fabrication processes, shop workflow, and project lifecycleExperience coordinating across multiple departments (detailing, procurement, production, field)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and contractsBachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent industry experienceEligibility to work in the U.S.Legal & EEO Language:Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
