Role Description This is a contract on-site role for a Patient Care Programs-Help Desk Specialist located in Tallahassee, FL. The specialist will interact directly with patients and healthcare providers, providing support and troubleshooting for patient care programs. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, assisting with patient enrollment, explaining medical terminology, and ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders. The role requires professionalism, clear communication, and knowledge of medical processes and terminology.
