Technical Product Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager / Product Owner to join a high-impact technology team building a custom solution for complex data processing in a highly specialized domain.This role is heavily focused on execution, ownership, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with internal teams and client-side stakeholders to drive product decisions, prioritize requirements, and deliver solutions in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.This is an opportunity to work on a highly complex product, where success depends on your ability to navigate multiple perspectives, learn quickly, and lead conversations that shape the product.What You’ll Do:Drive Product Execution & DeliveryLead the execution of product initiatives from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environmentTranslate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable plansOwn and manage the product backlog, prioritizing across multiple inputs and stakeholdersWork closely with engineering and cross-functional teams in Agile environmentsEnsure timely and high-quality delivery of product featuresOwn Stakeholder ManagementAct as the main point of contact between internal teams and client stakeholdersManage multiple stakeholders with different perspectives, priorities, and levels of expertiseLead discussions, align expectations, and drive decision-makingHandle complex and sometimes conflicting inputs, bringing clarity and directionPresent proposals and defend product decisions when neededDrive Ownership & Decision-MakingTake full ownership of the product area, driving initiatives forward even with limited informationProactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and move work forwardNavigate ambiguity and help define requirements when they are not clearly establishedAct as a key driver in shaping the product alongside stakeholdersLearn & Navigate Complex DomainsQuickly understand a complex business domain (actuarial / financial logic)Work closely with domain experts to translate knowledge into product decisionsIdentify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the productWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Product OwnerStrong experience in stakeholder management, including handling multiple stakeholders with conflicting prioritiesProven ability to prioritize requirements in complex, fast-paced environmentsDemonstrated ownership mindset, with the ability to lead discussions and drive decisionsExperience working in ambiguous environments with evolving requirementsStrong ability to learn complex business domains quicklyExperience working with cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering)Experience working with external clients or stakeholders is a strong plusSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog managementStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbalNice to HaveBackground in financial services, actuarial, or data-heavy domainsExperience working on custom-built or highly complex productsExperience in consulting or client-facing rolesBenefits:Fully Remote Work.Payments in USD.Work with an international team and clients.
