Production Sanitation Tech

POSITION SUMMARYSeeking a Production Sanitation Tech for Hendersonville, NC beverage production team. Responsible for facility cleanliness, equipment sanitation, and supporting QA functions. Location: Hendersonville, NC Shift: 6am - 2: 30pm Pay: $21/Hr RESPONSIBILITIESSanitationClean and sanitize production equipment, floors, and drains per SSOPsPerform CIPs, ATP swab testing, and week-ending cleaning proceduresManage chemical inventory, storage, and labelingMaintain restroom/facility dispensers and remove trash and recyclingKeep accurate cleaning records and assist in training new employees Quality Assurance (Support)Test and log incoming concentrates and pull product samplesConduct standardized juice/concentrate tests (pH, ° Brix, vitamin C, etc.)Use sensory analysis to verify product qualitySupport QA line techs and assist with USDA, HACCP, and SQF documentationReport quality, safety, or sanitation concerns QUALIFICATIONSRequired: High school diploma, 3+ months manufacturing experience, forklift experience. Ability to work independently Preferred: Food/beverage or GMP experience, familiarity with industrial chemicals and CIP processes, strong communication skills
