If that sounds like a good challenge for you, come join the team!Our website - wllmd.comRole DescriptionLocation: On-site, hybridType: Full-Time or Contract to hireCompensation: $80,000 – $150,000 (base + commission)About the RoleWe're looking for someone who thinks like a product specialist, someone who can walk a homeowner through the entire ADU journey with clarity, confidence, and genuine knowledge of what's being built.This role lives at the intersection of sales, construction knowledge, and systems thinking. You'll own the pipeline from first inquiry to signed contract, but you'll do it through education, precision, and process — not pressure. If you geek out over automations, love a clean CRM, and actually care about the product you're selling, keep reading.This isn't a field sales role. You won't be driving around to sites or doing in-person pitches. 90% of this job happens on the phone from the office.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full ADU sales cycle - from lead intake through contract close with a consultative, product-first approach.Run structured, detail-oriented sales calls that educate homeowners on the ADU process, permitting, design options, and timelines.Manage and optimize our Pipedrive CRM daily — clean data, accurate stages, no leads slipping through the cracks.Support marketing efforts by contributing industry insight, campaign feedback, and content ideas that actually resonate with homeowners.Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure what's promised in the sale is what gets built.Represent the company at showroom visits, open houses, and events as a knowledgeable brand ambassador.QualificationsYou understand construction, specifically residential, and ideally ADUs. You can speak to permitting, timelines, and builds without reading from a script.Pipedrive is second nature to you.
