WorkSafe offers a comprehensive approach to workplace health through early intervention, work conditioning, and compliance testing for safety standards.Role DescriptionThis is a full or part-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area. The Physical Therapist will assess, design, and execute rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs. Responsibilities include conducting functional capacity evaluations, providing work conditioning and injury prevention solutions, and collaborating with employers to foster employee health and productivity. The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, effective communication, and the ability to provide impactful therapy solutions in a workplace-oriented environment.QualificationsProficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and Rehabilitation practicesFocus on Patient Care and injury managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsValid Physical Therapy license in the state of KansasBachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institutionFamiliarity with workplace safety protocols and ergonomic assessments is a plus
