Our shop specializes in crafting custom, one-of-a-kind pieces as well as our Signature line of bridal jewelry. As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented professional who is passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and exceptional service.In this role, you will work alongside a team of dedicated artisans and client-focused professionals in a beautiful retail environment, helping deliver an unparalleled experience to our customers. Experience working with high-end Swiss timepieces is a plus.What You’ll DoExecute high-quality jewelry repairs, finishing, and custom workSet diamonds and gemstones across a variety of styles and settingsCollaborate with team members to bring custom designs to lifeMaintain exceptional standards of craftsmanship and attention to detailSupport a luxury retail experience through professionalism and careRequired Skills & ExperienceProficiency in diamond and gemstone setting, including: Pavé, channel, flush, and prong settingsExperience with fancy-shaped stonesStrong polishing and finishing skills across various metalsExperience with laser weldingJewelry repair expertiseWorking knowledge of casting and/or fabrication techniquesMinimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in a jewelry shop or formal training programPreferred QualificationsExperience in a luxury retail environmentFamiliarity with high-end Swiss watchesCAD (Computer-Aided Design) experienceJewelry design, sketching, or rendering skillsWax carving/model making experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsEducation & ExperienceEquivalent of 5 years of combined education and/or professional experience in jewelry makingWhy Join O.C.
