OverviewThe purpose of the Senior Product Manager is to lead the strategic direction, roadmap planning, and execution of key product initiatives for the Revenue Management team. This role translates business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements, driving cross functional teams to the successful delivery of high impact features. The Senior Product Manager partners closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to guide the product lifecycle from concept through release.This role is built for a self-starter who thrives in complex problem spaces, quickly identifies high value opportunities, and turns them into exceptional outcomes. The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are defined below.ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmapPartner with business stakeholders to establish release goals and ensure alignment with organizational prioritiesIdentify whitespace opportunities, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions that move the business forwardProduct Ownership & ExecutionLead requirements elicitation and translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and supporting documentationGuide sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily team interactions to ensure accountability and high-quality executionOwn the product lifecycle end-to-end—from discovery to delivery to iterationCross‑Functional CollaborationAct as the central connective tissue across engineering, design, data science, and business teamsPartner with Problem Management teams to investigate and resolve client reported issues and escalationsNavigate challenges with urgency and composure, resolving high visibility issuesOperational ExcellenceMaintain product artifacts, agile boards, and transparent prioritized backlogs within Azure DevOpsTrack team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through process optimizationTriage issues, manage escalations, and ensure adherence to SLAsPrepare and deliver polished updates and demos to leadership and other stakeholdersQualificationsThe Ideal Candidate:Has experience as a Product Manager for Data and Analytics and/or AI productsIs a proactive and decisive self starter with strong ownership and the ability to turn strategy into executionHas excellent written communication and presentation skillsSpeaks with equal fluency to business and tech stakeholdersUnderstands web technologies, SaaS products, and API integrations and knows how to dig inHas advanced Excel and data analysis skillsHas foundational SQL skills and can write basic queriesHas some experience in the multifamily housing industryHas the desire to grow into a people leaderExperience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferredFamiliarity with Java or .NET a plusSalary And Benefits RealPage provides a competitive salary package along with a comprehensive benefit plan that includes: Health, dental, and vision insurance.
