We take pride in serving our community with compassion and evidence-based practices.Role DescriptionThis is a Per Diem on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in a fun and friendly outpatient clinic in Rockaway Park, Queens, NY. The hours required are Sunday mornings and Wednesday afternoons, but open to offering more hours for the right candidate. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients' conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to improve mobility, strength, and function. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and their families, documenting care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient outcomes.QualificationsExpertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practicesProficiency in Patient Care, including evaluating conditions and implementing treatment plansKnowledge of Medicine as it relates to physical therapy interventionsActive Physical Therapist license in the state of New YorkStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to continuous professional development and high-quality patient careExperience or interest in working with a diverse patient population is a plus
