Outside of work, they're a community of parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.Your missionAs a Senior ABM Specialist, you'll design and execute highly targeted, multi-touch account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue from high-value enterprise accounts. You'll play a critical role in shaping Frontify's allbound GTM strategy, working closely with Sales, SDRs, Brand, and Partnerships to deliver coordinated, personalized experiences across the full buyer journey.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns to generate and accelerate pipeline within target accountsPartner with SDRs, Brand Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver coordinated multi-channel campaigns across inbound and outbound motionsDesign and launch tailored campaigns -- including content, paid media, outbound support, and microsites -- aligned to specific industries, personas, and pain pointsApply an experimentation mindset by analyzing campaign performance, account intent data, and ROI to continuously optimize strategy and executionContribute to and help shape the MarTech stack (e.g., UserGems, DreamData, HubSpot, Mutiny)Create targeted messaging and collateral tailored to specific accounts, industries, and buyer personasDeliver monthly RoaS reporting, define benchmarks, and communicate a clear ROI narrative across Sales and MarketingCollaborate with Creative Studio and Brand teams to continuously optimize campaign assets and performanceYour storyYou can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our New York office twice a week. 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing with an enterprise focus, including at least 3 years in account-based marketingStrong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales cycles, and large account dynamicsProven track record in demand generation, multi-channel campaign execution, and pipeline creation in close collaboration with sales teamsHands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and ABM platforms (e.g., DreamData, UserGems, Mutiny)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownershipSuccess metrics = Target account pipeline: Growth in enterprise opportunity generation and accelerated pipeline velocity within key accountsEngagement: Increased engagement from target accounts (e.g., website activity, event participation, email interaction)Revenue impact: Contribution to closed-won deals and improved sales cycle velocitySales alignment: Strong sales satisfaction and measurable impact on pipeline quality and conversion$118,000 - $140,000 a year$118,000 - $140,000 base salary + annual company bonus + benefits (see section below)Pay range varies depending on qualifications and experience Provided target compensation is specific to the state of NY’s labor market and may vary for employees living in other areas.We understand that every candidate’s experience is different.
