Primary Responsibilities The Sr. Manager, HR - Corporate Operations serves as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner supporting the company's corporate operations teams including Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations Excellence. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with leaders at all levels to strengthen the overall talent ecosystem. This position is responsible for advancing talent strategies with an emphasis on performance management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience. Acting as a trusted advisor, this leader will influence business outcomes by aligning people strategies with operational goals while fostering a culture consistent with KeHE's Mission, Values, and growth mindset. Essential Functions DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner strategically with leaders across Corporate Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations Excellence teams to enhance organizational and leadership effectiveness Coach and develop leaders to strengthen performance management practices, including goal alignment, feedback, and accountability Support and drive initiatives that enhance learning and development, building leadership capability and bench strength across supported functions Advise leaders on talent planning, succession, and organizational design, ensuring alignment with business priorities Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities related to engagement, retention, productivity, and overall organizational health Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions Provide guidance and leadership on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and values-based outcomes Lead and support change management efforts, including organizational transformations, network initiatives, and system implementations Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions Build strong working relationships across HR, field operations, and corporate leadership to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: Strong ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels, including senior leadership Demonstrated capability to coach and develop leaders to improve team performance and engagement Skilled in diagnosing organizational challenges and developing practical, results-oriented solutions Proficient in using data and analytics to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment Sound judgment and ability to handle highly sensitive and complex employee situations with professionalism and discretion Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and leverage HR COEs effectively Growth-oriented and coachable, with a willingness to learn and expand expertise in operations and supply chain environments Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and/or strong generalist experience Experience supporting corporate, operations, supply chain, or transportation organizations is preferred Demonstrated experience in performance management, leadership development, and talent planning Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
