Social Media & Marketing ManagerLocation: Dallas, TX Type: ContractPay Rate: $20–25/hr (DOE)We’re seeking a Social Media & Marketing Manager who can lead digital storytelling and strengthen brand presence across multiple platforms. This role will own social media strategy, content creation, and performance insights while collaborating closely with marketing, design, and PR partners.Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X• Create and manage engaging content aligned to brand voice and marketing goals• Monitor trends, audience sentiment, and performance using analytics and social listening tools• Manage paid social campaigns to optimize reach and ROI• Ensure consistent branding across all digital channelsQualifications • Experience in social media or digital marketing with a strong portfolio• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools• Working knowledge of SEO, paid social, and performance reporting• Strong collaboration, communication, and attention to detailBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
