Python/Platform Engineer

The other Senior Engineer focuses more on platform engineering, shared services, infrastructure, and full-stack development. Rust is still probably a good skill set, but other apps and services are written in Python and Node.js. That is for supplier planning. Python is a must have. Node.js and rust are nice to haves. AWS is preferred. Cloud is required. Heavier focus on Python and JavaScript as the team transitions toward these languages. Primary Tech Stack: Python, AWS, API shared services required. JavaScript, AWS / Cloud, REST, GraphQL are all nice to haves. Key Qualifications: Strong background in building Shared Services, microservices, and multi-tenant APIs (REST, GraphQL). Platform Mindset: Ability to design APIs and services with multi-team consumption in mind rather than task-isolated builds. Cloud-native engineering experience across AWS.
