Executive Protection Agent Team Lead - US

We are currently seeking an experienced FullTime Executive Protection Travel Team Lead with high integrity and professionalismwho can join our team here in the Bay Area, California. You will be working on uniquelyassigned projects under the guidance of your Program Manager for our various Silicon Valleyclients. In your day to day role as an Executive Protection Travel Team Lead, you willassist in acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing close protection forC-Level executives and their family. You will perform all duties in accordance with client policiesand procedures, Surefox policies and procedures, and all state & federal regulations. Otherresponsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing safe and secure vehicle transportationfor C-Level executives and their family; responding to emergency events as well as medical &non-medical issues; providing physical security, addressing staffing deficiencies, handling clientrequests in a timely manner, and any other tasks assigned to you by your program leadership.We are looking for someone who has exceptional multitasking skills, pays close attention todetail, and who works independently on assignments. On occasion, this position requirescoordination and collaboration with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors toensure clients security requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. safeguarding of client assetsDevelop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and have the ability to influenceinformally across different departments within the teamPerform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/ or vehicle while monitoring access, on occasion as neededWatch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site, on occasion as neededCoordinate with emergency services and law enforcement agencies as necessary, on occasion as neededObserve departing personnel to protect against theft of company and/or client property, onoccasion as neededProvide incident detection capabilities to the client as requestedConducts ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessmentsOperates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner, on occasion as neededMaintain up to date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibilityOperate in a low-profile, low-footprint capacity, on occasion as neededPhysical security or overwatch of assigned clients, on occasion as neededManage, track and report program performance assurance and compliance requirements within the provided guidelinesAssist in managing the Executive Protection Program team scheduleUpdate and maintain the Executive Protection Program SOPsAssist with managing the program vehicle fleetManage/monitor surveillance equipment and access points, on occasion as neededMaintain and update logs with any pertinent activity observed related to assigned client, onoccasion as neededPrepare reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activities, on occasion as neededProvide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors andclients in a professional manner, on occasion as neededAttend project meetings upon request to assess the security implications of proposed changesWork independently and adapt to varying operational tempo while maintaining a high-level ofsituational awarenessFollow Executive Protection Operating Procedures and GuidelinesComply with Surefox Policy and ProceduresWhat Is RequiredMust be eligible for employment within the United StatesMust be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelinesMust be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screeningMust live within driving distance or be willing to relocateMust have at least 4 years of physical security experienceMust have a current BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify for guard cardMust have a high school degree or equivalentMust be willing to travel from remote/home location to the work location generally withinthe Bay Area for 20 day rotational periodsMust have a current BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify for guard cardMust have a high school degree or equivalent and meet one of the following criteria:○ A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school○ 5+ years of corporate and high net worth executive protection experience○ 2+ years of security experience in a high threat environmentDemonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergenciesAbility to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgroundsGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work independently and as a team memberAll applicants must be able to pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT), with or withoutreasonable accommodation, prior to the scheduled start date○ Please be aware that passing the physical agility test is a requirement for this position○ The SPAT is a timed sequence of multiple physical events requiring you to progressalong a predetermined path from event to event in a continuous manner until completeCPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is requiredPossess a valid and current driver licenseValid U.S PassportAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredAbility logisticsWhat Is Desired10+ years of Security or law enforcement related experience preferredMilitary background is a plusReport writing experience preferredExperience working with families and children in a high net worth environmentExperience with international travel and experience in overseas protection assignmentsExecutive Protection related training course(s) attendance or
