In this role, you'll develop, manage, and optimize eCommerce marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on digital marketing experience, in a fast-growing start-up environment, working with some of the best in the industry.AI Fluency & Modern ToolingAt RevolutionParts, we expect team members to actively use modern tools - including AI-powered systems - to improve decision-making, productivity, and quality of work.This includes:Using AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solvingExercising strong judgment around data privacy, accuracy, and ethical useContinuously learning and adapting as AI capabilities evolveProven examples of using AI to improve outcomes in prior roles is expected.Responsibilities: Manage the strategy, creation, and planning of Google/Bing paid search and shopping campaigns for our auto dealership customersMonitor and adjust the pace of campaigns to utilize clients' ad budgets more efficientlyCreate and interpret reports on key performance metrics for external clients and internal stakeholdersProvide recommendations as needed to drive ROI for our customersOccasionally interact with auto dealership clients directly, manage customer expectations, and monitor and report on progress of clients' ongoing campaignsManage multiple clients' accounts at onceRequirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google Ads Search experience (Microsoft Ads experience is a plus)Minimum 1 year of Google Ads Shopping experience, including Google Merchant Center setup and managementMinimum 2 years of hands-on ecommerce marketing experienceAgency experience highly preferredMust have actively managed Google Ads accounts on a daily basis within the last 3 yearsProven ability to successfully manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex strategies and performance metrics in a clear, client-friendly mannerExcellent copywriting, grammar, and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and initiativesStrategic thinker who can also execute tactically and efficientlyPositive team player who contributes to collaboration and overall team successRevolutionParts is proud to provide all full-time Revolutionaries with a comprehensive employment package including competitive compensation, career development, benefits, 401K match, parental leave, and many more valuable perks.
