Join our team today and immerse yourself in a rewarding career for years to come!As a Residential Supervisor, you will work in an adult group home setting.Schedule: Varied ShiftsResponsibilities:Train and coordinate direct care staff, particularly evening shiftFormulate monthly progress reports on each consumer in conjunction with staffWork with physicians, psychiatrists, and other medical personnel to coordinate consumers health care needsShare on-call responsibility with Program SupervisorProvide shift coverage as neededParticipate in the formulation of consumer's treatment planCoordinate maintenance of the program and its vehiclesSupervise, guide and direct consumers within the homeRecognize behavioral signs indicating potential emergency & take immediate action by reporting to appropriate staffCrisis Intervention as neededDirect and assist consumers in preparing for group activitiesProvide and participate in any social and recreational activitiesOversee distribution and documentation of all medications scheduled during shiftRecord significant shift happenings/observations in daily logEnsure that the administration and documentation of all medications scheduled during the shift are accurateParticipate in monthly staff meetings and other meetings directed by the Program SupervisorParticipate in on-going training to learn various behavior management methods and techniquesHave availability to consumers in emergency situations on a 24-hour basisBenefits:Competitive base salaryMedical and dental insuranceVision planRetirement planFlexible spending plansEXCELLENT time benefitsOpportunity for personal and career growthTeam oriented environment - we practice the FISH! PhilosophyQualifications:High School Diploma plus two (2) years experience working with developmental disabilitiesAssociates degree plus one (1) year experience working with developmental disabilitiesMust have a valid driver's license with less than 6 pointsAll positions require a valid Driver's License in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
