Structural Engineer Professional Intermediate
We're seeking a Structural Engineer Professional Intermediate to be based in Corvallis, OR and various unanticipated worksites in the U.S.In this role, you'll:Perform structural design for facilities such as water and wastewater pump stations, treatment plants, buildings, industrial facilities and conveyance systems. Responsibilities include conducting structural analysis and design using steel, concrete, and masonry materials. The role involves preparing technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and construction drawings, as well as reviewing and marking up drawings to develop detailed structural components. Coordination with multidisciplinary teams is essential to ensure that structural integrity is maintained across water facilities, piping systems, equipment installations, and architectural elements. Provide construction support by reviewing submittals and responding to Requests for Information (RFIs). Perform site inspections and observations during the construction phase of various projects and conducting condition assessments to support preliminary design efforts for new and existing infrastructure.Hybrid schedule is allowed.TRAVEL: Up to 10% International and domestic travel.#LI-DNIREQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or related Structural Engineering occupation.SPECIFIC SKILLS: Expertise and knowledge of: Structural Design Software using Finite Element Modeling Software such as STAAD. Pro, RAM SS, RAM Connection, SAP2000, spColumn, spConcrete. Following tools: MathCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Package. Design and analyze steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
