You will manage the full accounting cycle, oversee financial reporting, and ensure accuracy across all financial operations.You will work closely with the VP of Operations and play a key role in improving processes, shortening close cycles, and building a scalable finance function.This is not a purely back-office role, you'll be expected to think analytically, identify inefficiencies, and actively improve how we operate.This Role Is For You If:You think in systems and processes, not just tasksYou are detail-oriented and highly organizedYou are comfortable owning the full accounting cycleYou enjoy improving workflows and increasing efficiencyYou can balance accuracy with speed in a fast-paced environmentThis Role Is NOT For You If:You prefer narrowly defined tasks without ownershipYou struggle with deadlines or process improvementYou are not comfortable working in a high-growth environmentWhat You'll DoAccounting & Financial OperationsOwn the full accounting cycle, including month-end closePrepare financial statements and reportsEnsure accuracy and compliance across financial recordsMonth-End Close & Process ImprovementReduce month-end close timeline from 5 days to 3 daysIdentify inefficiencies and improve accounting workflowsBuild scalable processes and documentationTeam OversightManage and oversee the bookkeeping team and AP clerkEnsure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of workCost & Inventory AccountingManage and apply landed costs across productsEnsure accurate cost tracking and margin visibilityReporting & AnalysisProvide financial insights and analysis to support decision-makingWork closely with the VP of Operations on performance trackingRequirementsMust have:1+ year of experience in ecommerce or DTCExperience managing full accounting cycle and financial reportingStrong understanding of accounting principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and organizationWork RequirementsSchedule: FlexbleWorkspace: Fixed, professional setup required (stable internet + backup plan)Benefits & CompensationFully remotePaid time offFlex days.
