This is a Tier 1–Tier 2 support role, targeting hands-on IT support professionals (avoid senior/overqualified candidates).Job SummaryProvide frontline IT support across hardware, software, and enterprise systemsTroubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issuesSupport onboarding, device setup, and employee supportAct as a customer-facing IT resource onsiteResponsibilitiesHandle Tier 1–Tier 2 support tickets (password resets, access, device issues)Manage Active Directory (access + password management)Image and deploy new laptops/desktopsTroubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devicesSupport ERP systems and internal applicationsAssist with network troubleshooting (routers, VPNs, connectivity)Work with firewalls and basic network/security troubleshootingSupport Windows operating systems (Windows 7+) and Microsoft toolsAssist with onboarding/offboarding and equipment setupSupport warehouse/distribution technology needs when requiredRequired Experience3–5 years of IT support (Tier 1–Tier 2 only)Strong experience with:Active Directory (access + password management)PC imaging and device deploymentHardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, scanners, printers)Windows OS support (Windows 7+)Experience with ERP systems (plus)Basic networking experience:Routers, VPN troubleshootingExposure to firewallsFamiliarity with Cisco networking environmentsStrong customer service and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceSalesforce supportDistribution center or warehouse IT support experienceNetworking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)Education & CertificationsNot requiredCompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications are a plusAdditional DetailsOnsite: Yes (Everett, WA)Interview Process: 2–3 rounds (Teams)#INDEPI
