Welcome!‎The Talent Acquisition Partner IV requires in-depth knowledge and breadth of expertise in the Talent Acquisition field. Leads others to solve complex challenges. May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements.‎Own full-cycle recruiting for complex professional/leadership roles across multiple job families. Develop sourcing strategies using passive outreach, referrals, events, and targeted pipelines. Conduct structured intake meetings and align stakeholders on must-haves, process, and timeline. Manage candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM with accurate stage progression and communication cadence. Drive interview excellence: panel prep, structured guides, debrief facilitation, and timely decisions. Lead offer strategy and negotiation; improve acceptance through closing plans and stakeholder alignment. Partner with TA Ops to streamline scheduling, assessments, and background checks for speed and quality. Support onboarding readiness by maintaining candidate engagement through start date and pre-boarding steps. Use funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose changes to improve conversion.
