This is a key position that supports the Executive Director in maintaining accurate financial operations and ensuring smooth administrative functioning.Key ResponsibilitiesPost transactions to the General LedgerPrepare and maintain monthly and annual financial statementsAssist in budget tracking and financial reportingCollaborate with other employees to support administrative functionsMaintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial informationAdministration of group health insurance and pension fund.RequirementsProven experience in bookkeeping and financial reportingStrong knowledge of General Ledger accountingProficiency with accounting software, ie.
