We value curiosity, collaboration, and the confidence to take ownership in a fast-moving environment, helping you build real skills and make real impact from day one.About the RoleThe Warehouse Operations Intern supports daily warehouse operations and works closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and service level goals are met. This role is designed for interns who want hands-on leadership exposure in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment.This is a developmental role that prepares interns for future positions such as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Operations Analyst.Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:Operations SupportAssist with daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shipping operationsMonitor workflow and help balance labor across work areasTrack productivity, accuracy, and SLA performanceEscalate operational issues (labor gaps, system issues, delays) to Team Leaders or ManagersSafety & CompliancePromote a safe work environment and ensure SOPs are followedReport safety concerns, near misses, and incidents promptlySupport warehouse audits and compliance checksProcess & Continuous ImprovementIdentify process inefficiencies and suggest improvementsAssist with basic data tracking (volume, productivity, error rates)Participate in process improvement projects and pilot initiativesHelp communicate daily goals, priorities, and process changes to associatesAssist with onboarding and training of new warehouse associatesAct as a point of contact for associates when Team Leaders are unavailableTeam Leadership (Intern Level)Support Team Leaders in coaching associates on standard work and safety practices About YouWe're looking for the brightest of minds to join our Supply Chain Team, here's who we're looking for:Native Chinese speakers preferred.graduating in 2025 and 2026; currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel.Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong interest in supply chain and e-commerce industries, with a willingness to grow in a fast-paced and challenging environment.What We OfferWe believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and often, they come from you.
