Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Mission Trainer Team Lead to support our proposal effort for CDC IAO INSCOM contract.Location: INSCOM Nolan Building, Fort Belvoir, VAPosition OverviewThe Mission Trainer Senior Team Lead supports intelligence training operations and is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering training programs that support intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.This position leads training personnel and ensures all training materials, curriculum, and instruction comply with TRADOC and Army standards, applicable doctrine, and Intelligence Community requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Training OversightLead and manage personnel conducting mission training activitiesManage work tasks of assigned personnelCoordinate training activities across multiple geographic locations within the United StatesTraining Development and CurriculumDevelop, maintain, and deliver training materials aligned with intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standardsDraft and formulate training materials and curriculum in accordance with TRADOC and Army standardsProvide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goalsMaintain training materials within Government training systems including AGILE and Training Development CapabilityInstruction and Training DeliveryInstruct and conduct training for military audiencesConduct training at multiple geographic locations within the United StatesDoctrine and Policy IntegrationReview emerging policy and doctrine publicationsProvide feedback and assess incorporation into training productsTraining Records and TrackingDevelop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required by the GovernmentIntelligence Operations SupportApply knowledge of intelligence operations at battalion, brigade, and division levelsSupport intelligence production cyclesGeneral Requirements ComplianceComplete mandatory online training within 5 business days of indoctrinationAttend mandatory classroom training including Classification Marking and Threat Awareness and Reporting ProgramComplete AT Level I awareness training within 30 calendar daysComplete iWATCH training within 30 calendar daysMaintain a valid United States unrestricted passport if requiredRequired QualificationsCurrent DoD TS SCI Security ClearanceSingle Scope Background InvestigationAbility to attain Sensitive Compartmented Information access including SI-G, TK, KLM-R, HCS, and NATO SECRETAbility to obtain Counterintelligence polygraph examinationNon-Disclosure Statement requiredMinimum 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline within DoD or the Intelligence Community within the last 15 yearsMinimum 5 years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum in accordance with TRADOC and Army standardsMinimum 5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at multiple geographic locations within the United StatesDemonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiencesDemonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasksEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree and 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline within DoD or the Intelligence Community within the last 15 yearsORAssociate's degree and 12 years of experience in an intelligence disciplineAdditional RequirementsKnowledge of intelligence operations at battalion, brigade, and division levelsAbility to support intelligence production cyclesCompliance with all Government training and onboarding requirementsCompany DescriptionDexian Government Solutions is an award-winning, ISO 9001:2015 certified, business and GSA contract holder providing diversified Information Technology services to both Civilian and Defense agencies.
