Retail Store Manager (Ballard)

Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite). Relocation assistance is not available. As the Store Manager at Ballard Designs, you will promote the brand and ensure a stellar guest experience. What You'll Do Make plans & improve EBITDA by creating the most fantastic place to work and shop by delivering an exceptional Guest experience. Develop a strategy to increase sales and build guest loyalty through store programs, including Design Services, Ballard Designs Private Label Credit Card, community outreach, and additional corporate and regional events throughout the year. Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members in all open positions. Forecast and adjust monthly payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales/payroll goals, and complete workload. What You'll Bring 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail business environments. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems. Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
