We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is seeking a Quality Control Manager to support and oversee quality control and assurance activities for renewable energy projects in USA, including Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role will work closely with the Site Manager and project teams to ensure construction quality, compliance with standards, and smooth execution of quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Construction Quality ManagementImplement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and ensure adherence to technical requirementsConduct inspections and monitor site activities to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standardsDocument and track non-conformance issues (NCRs) and assist in implementing corrective actionsVerify materials and equipment delivered to site meet approved specificationsParticipate in quality meetings and maintain proactive communication with contractors and site teamsSupplier & Material QualityCoordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve quality issuesAssist in pre-dispatch inspections and factory acceptance tests (FAT) when requiredCompliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with relevant Indian and international standardsMaintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reportsSupport third-party inspections and audits as neededContinuous ImprovementAnalyze recurring issues and suggest improvementsSupport root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Learn and apply best practices for quality management and digital tools for documentation Requirements5-7 years of experience in quality roles within construction. Renewable energy projects is a plus.
