This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of these critical units.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of PACU and Pre-op units.Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent CA State license as a Registered Nurse.BSN or higher degree in nursing.5+ years of experience in PACU and/or Pre-op.2+ years of leadership experience, specifically in PACU.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
