Production activities are managed by the CFT Fabrication division in San Polo di Torrile (Parma), which guarantees a high level of organization and quality control procedures.Throughout our journey, we have enriched our know-how and expertise through the acquisition and full integration of renowned brands in the Food & Beverage sector.Our history is made up of diverse experiences, skills, and technologies that are now merged into a single project guided by a common belief: continuous research and development is the only way to innovation.Daily Operations ManagementOverseas all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingEnsure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillmentMaintaining control over warranty issues (spare parts)Inventory ControlMaintain accurate inventory recordsResponsible for annual physical inventory countMinimize stock discrepancies, shrinkage, and damageCoordinate stock replenishment and inventory optimizationLogistics and CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departmentsSchedule inbound and outbound shipmentsResolve shipping or receiving discrepanciesHandle import and export documentsHealth and Safety ComplianceEnsure Compliance with workplace safety regulations (OSHA), government, and company policiesMaintain clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse facilitiesEquipment and Facility ManagementOversee maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks etc.)Ensure facility security and proper storage conditionsCustomer Service and Problem ResolutionAddress order issues, returns, and customer complaintsEnsure high accuracy and service levels in order fulfillmentBudget and Cost ControlManage warehouse operational costsMonitor supplies and equipment expensesOthersAct as a back up to the After Sales ManagerResponsible for the security system monitoring during office hours and as a main contact person for emergencyResponsible with scheduling routine Fire extinguishers, Heater, and Air Conditioning annual maintenance checkResponsible for the office and warehouse supplies orderingProcess ImprovementOptimize warehouse layout, storage solutions, and workflow processes.Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Besides the above job responsibilities, the right candidate will need to have the following:Experience using the ERP system related to Warehouse Management and Purchasing modules10-key efficiencyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and solve operational challenges efficientlyPhysical activity involved, including lifting and moving heavy items. RequisitionsBachelor's degree or technical diploma (preferably in logistics, management engineering, or mechanical engineering);At least 3-5 years of previous experience in warehouse management roles, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector;Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and warehouse management software;Excellent knowledge of storage, handling, and safety procedures;Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational efficiency;Aptitude for continuous improvement and technological innovation;Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
