Auto Department Manager

A company is looking for an Auto Manager to direct and manage supervisors within the Auto Department. Key Responsibilities Manage client performance and ensure regional benchmarks and goals are met Conduct training and development for team members and supervisors Document and review team performance while optimizing process efficiencies Required Qualifications and Education Some management experience preferred Experience with Coordination of Benefits is a plus Thorough understanding of equipment, methods, and procedures for training purposes Must reside in the United States within specified states Ability to work in a private, distraction-free environment with a secure internet connection
