Title of role: Client Partner - Media and EntertainmentLocation: New York City Metropolitan AreaReporting to: Vice President, Media and EntertainmentLTIMindtree is seeking a high-caliber, strategic Sales Leader with deep domain expertise in AdTech, MarTech, and Social Media. In this role, you will hold the keys to maximizing our high-value relationships while orchestrating strategic plays to capture new market share. In addition, the CME industry supports the ecosystem of advertising agencies, sports and entertainment firms, studios, publishers, and information service providers, who are also investing in technology to stayRole OverviewThe ideal candidate has a bulletproof track record of navigating and selling directly into major agency holding companies (e.g., Omnicom, WPP, Publicis) and tier-one social/tech platforms (e.g., Meta, YouTube, TikTok).Key Responsibilities Relationship Expansion: Own, nurture, and aggressively grow existing high-level client relationships within the AdTech and Social Media ecosystems.Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the business development/hunting team, acting as the ultimate domain expert to help close new, complex enterprise logos.Ecosystem Navigation: Leverage your existing network to penetrate and navigate complex holding companies (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom) and tech giants (Meta, YouTube, TikTok).Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning our technical capabilities with client business goals, driving predictable and scalable revenue.Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry shifts (identity changes, privacy regulations, AI integration in AdTech) to position our solutions as indispensable.Qualifications & Experience Domain Expertise: Minimum 8–10+ years of enterprise sales experience deeply rooted in AdTech, MarTech, and Social Media.Proven Rolodex: A verifiable history of successfully selling services or software into major advertising agencies and major social platforms.The "Farmer + Strategic Growth" Mindset: Exceptional ability to defend and expand existing revenue while maintaining a sharp eye for new business alignment.Executive Presence: C-suite fluency with the ability to build trust rapidly with Agency Partners, CMOs, and Product Leaders.Location Flexibility: Must be based in (or willing to travel frequently to) the NY/NJ area or Los Angeles.EducationRelevant degree required.Pay Range:Base Salary: $170,000 + per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level a plus.In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
