BC/BE OBGYN Needed Near Lancaster, KY A well established practice is recruiting two BC/BE OBGYN to be a part of the ever growing OB/GYN program. Details: - Employment with the University of Kentucky - Practice is based solely in Georgetown, only 20 minutes from Lexington - Currently there is 1 OBGYN and we are adding an APP - Hospital averages 300-350 deliveries/year - 6 L&D rooms and 4 postpartum rooms - State-of-the-art robotic system on campus - Call currently is 1:3 with only one weekend/month of hospital call - Opportunity to pick up additional paid call if desired - Dedicated blocked OR time - Teaching opportunities through UK - Competitive compensation, full benefits and retirement offered Community: - 20 minutes from Lexington Airport (LEX), 1 hour from Cincinnati Airport (CVG) - Georgetown is highly noted for its historic homes and perhaps the best antique shopping in the state. - Fastest growing community in the state of Kentucky with a population around 55k - Located at the crossroads of I-75 and I-64, it is ideally located just 10 miles north of Lexington, the Horse Capital of the World - Two larger cities, Louisville and Cincinnati, provide quick access to arts, entertainment, shopping and professional sports.
