Lead HVAC Installer/On-Site Foreman (SIGN ON BONUS)

We are seeking a *Lead HVAC Installer* to oversee and execute high-quality HVAC installations while leading installation crews in the field. This role is ideal for an experienced installer who takes pride in workmanship, can manage jobs efficiently, and wants a *stable, long-term leadership position* with a respected local company. *Key Responsibilities** Lead and manage HVAC installation crews on residential or commercial projects * Install rooftop units, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related HVAC systems * Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation plans * Coordinate jobsite workflow, materials, and manpower * Ensure installs meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and code requirements * Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices * Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism * Communicate clearly with project managers, service teams, and customers * Work safely from ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as required *Qualifications** *5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred* * Prior experience leading crews or acting as a lead installer * Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems * Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints * Solid understanding of sheet metal practices and airflow fundamentals * Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques * Universal EPA Certification * Valid driver's license with a good driving record * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Must own standard hand tools * _(Application-specific tools and power tools are provided)_*Compensation & Benefits** *Top-tier hourly pay* based on experience and leadership ability * Bonus potential based on performance and project execution * *401(k) with company match and profit sharing* * Health, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance * Paid vacation * Paid holidays * Company-provided training and advancement opportunities * Stable, year-round work with a well-established company * True *leadership role*, not just a title * Respect for quality workmanship — not rushed installs * Local work — home every night * Clear expectations and professional management * Opportunity to grow with a company that's been here for decades *How to Apply* Apply through Indeed or stop in and speak with us directly.
