Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a PR and Marketing Assistant at Equity Risk Sciences in North Kingstown, RI. The assistant will be responsible for implementing communication strategies and managing marketing communications on a day-to-day basis. We are ideally seeking a person who has demonstrated considerable degree of success, but are open to discussing the opportunity with candidates with less experience who can persuade us they can make a significant contribution to our company's success. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Search for an editor for Ray’s book Learn the differentiators in ERS’s technology from all others Learn the value of ERS’s technology Identify the major markets that would most benefit from ERS’s technology Communicate with media and business leaders, including all C-level executives of large public companies Identify key financial print media, broadcast media and online influencers Use Prowly.com and other sources to identify key influencers Establish rapport, respect and trust with those influencers Organize database in a CRM with all influencer and prospect contacts Identify and arrange speaking engagements for Mr. Mullaney Qualifications Strategic Communications skills Experience in creating Press Releases Marketing Communications expertise Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ambition, drive and creativity Successful experience in Marketing and Communications Job Type: Part-time Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week Schedule: Choose your own hours Experience: Communication skills: 5 years (Preferred) Marketing: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: North Kingstown, RI 02852 (Required) Ability to Relocate: North Kingstown, RI 02852: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
