The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and Agile development practices while mentoring development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.Required Skills10+ years of Java development experience.Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.Experience with Kafka, JMS, or other messaging systems.Strong SQL skills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, and Git.Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.Strong understanding of design patterns, OOP, and distributed systems.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Java developers.Design and develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability.Drive best practices around security, performance, and scalability.Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives.Preferred QualificationsBanking or Financial Services domain experience.Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka.Exposure to Angular, React, or modern front-end technologies.Strong communication and client-facing skills.
