SAP ECC Conversion Tech Lead

Position: SAP ECC Conversion Tech Lead Location: Los Angeles, CA Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per weekDuration: 6 to 12 Months Project Overview One of our clients is executing an SAP ECC to Oracle migration and is seeking a strong Senior Conversion Tech Lead to support their current implementation all the way to post go-live conversion activities. The ideal candidate must be highly hands-on, execution-focused, and capable of driving conversion tasks independently while coordinating with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Lead conversion activities for SAP ECC to Oracle migration • Support post go-live stabilization and conversion processes • Create and execute mock conversions • Perform conversion validation, data validation, and reconciliation activities • Drive execution and coordinate with business teams to ensure deliverables are completed • Troubleshoot and resolve conversion-related issues during and after deployment • Provide hands-on leadership across technical conversion workstreams • Should be responsible for the cutover activities during Go Live Required Technical Experience • Strong SAP ECC conversion/migration experience • Experience supporting Oracle migration/conversion initiatives • Deep understanding of Finance modules: o AP o AR o GL • Strong experience with: o Mock conversions o Data validation o Reconciliation o Cutover o Post go-live support Hands-on Lead-level technical expertise Ideal Candidate Profile • Senior Technical Lead / Conversion Lead • Hands-on executor, not just coordinator • Able to work directly with business and technical teams • Self-driven “go-getter” personality • Strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities
