Discover more by following us on LinkedIn!General FunctionThe Alliance Marketing Manager is responsible for leading marketing efforts across multiple alliance channels to support and elevate EssilorLuxottica business performance. This role develops and executes strategic marketing and communication plans aligned to annual objectives, working in close partnership with internal commercial, product (lens and frame), and ancillary business teams. The Marketing Manager owns alliance-specific marketing initiatives including events, communications, and cross-functional coordination and manages associated budget line items. This position plays a critical role in ensuring EssilorLuxottica delivers a cohesive, high-impact presence to alliance partners, customers, and field teams. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Commercial Programs and collaborates closely with alliance leadership, commercial partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.Major Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute alliance-specific marketing plans aligned to overall business and commercial strategyLead marketing efforts across multiple alliance channels, including owned and unowned alliances, including communications, events and ongoing engagement initiativesPartner cross-functionally with lens, frame, and ancillary business teams to ensure strategies are aligned to organization strategic initiatives and a coordinated presence across alliance touchpointsServe as the primary marketing liaison for assigned alliances, ensuring alignment of messaging, priorities, and executionSupport sales performance by identifying opportunities to enhance marketing impact and collaborating with commercial teams on promotional initiativesDevelop comprehensive communication plans to elevate EssilorLuxottica products, services, and innovations within alliance networksPlan and execute integrated marketing presence at key alliance eventsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to deliver high-quality event activationsBuild and deliver presentations to support alliance meetings and speaking opportunitiesManage alliance marketing budget line items by initiative; track spend and ensure alignment with business objectivesManage external vendors, agencies, and freelance partners to deliver creative, production, and event supportAnalyze program performance and translate insights into recommendations for optimizationBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required5+ years of marketing, brand, or channel marketing experienceExperience managing cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholdersStrong ability to influence without direct authorityDemonstrated ability to translate strategy into executable marketing plansExperience managing budgets at the initiative or program levelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to synthesize data into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in the optical industryExperience working with external vendors, agencies, or freelance creative partnersEvent marketing or alliance/channel marketing experience
