As part of M&M Manufacturing, we are committed to operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction, while fostering a collaborative and hands-on manufacturing environment.What You'll DoAs the Shipping Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate daily shipping, warehouse, and distribution operations to ensure accurate inventory management and on-time delivery to customers. You will lead shipping, pack-out, material handling, and fittings teams, while partnering closely with plant leadership to support production schedules and customer commitments.Key responsibilities include:Plan, direct, and coordinate daily shipping and distribution activitiesOversee warehouse operations to ensure incoming and outgoing inventory is processed accurately and on scheduleSupervise shipping, pack-out, material handlers, and fittings department employeesSet warehouse and team goals in collaboration with the Plant Manager and Production SupervisorAudit inventory, analyze results, and recommend restocking strategiesEstablish and maintain efficient warehouse practices, layouts, and protocolsEnsure shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists, is accurate and completed on timeInspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirementsCoordinate with carriers to ensure timely pick-up and deliveryTrack, analyze, and report shipping performance metricsMaintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policiesAddress shipping-related issues and customer concerns as they ariseIdentify and implement cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiativesBuild strong working relationships internally and with external partnersWhat You'll NeedProven experience in a Shipping Supervisor or similar leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and inventory managementExperience using logistics and inventory management systemsDemonstrated leadership, delegation, and employee development skillsExcellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologiesForklift certification or experience operating material handling equipmentPhysical ability to stand or walk for extended periodsWhat You'll GainA hands-on leadership role with direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational performanceThe opportunity to lead multiple teams within a manufacturing environmentExposure to cross-functional collaboration with plant and production leadershipThe ability to drive process improvements and efficiency initiativesLong-term growth opportunities within operations and manufacturing leadershipCompetitive benefits, including medical, dental, and prescription coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company matching.Pay Range: 53,360.00 - 80,040.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
