Requisition ID: 180955 Job Level: Entry Level Department: Shared Services Market: Corporate Home Office Employment Type: Full Time Position OverviewThe Data Quality Operations Specialist is responsible for the day to day activities around the organization’s data management, including but not limited to all aspects of master data entry and management including creation, deletion, classification, characterization, and analysis of data. The specialist will also provide quality support and outstanding customer service across numerous business functions to all areas of the Kiewit Organization. They will focus on the quality and implementation to ensure data integrity.District OverviewKiewit Data Services’ (KDS) mission is to make Kiewit the premier data-driven organization in our industry. To accomplish this, our projects and districts need to have the right data, of the right quality, with the right level of analysis, available to them at the right time. KDS is a cross functional organization with employees that have expertise in data, technology, support and operations backgrounds. Our core functions are data Quality, Governance, Enablement, Analytics and Data Science.LocationThis position is based out of our Kiewit Business Center at 12720 I Street. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting.ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between a variety of different KBS Shared Services teams and Field Personnel to effectively and efficiently set up Kiewit's master data within SAPProvide additional support to maintain, change, update, add, and assist with master data throughout the duration of the project's workMaintain a professional relationship with Kiewit districts and departmentsCoordinate cross-functional efforts between multiple Kiewit teams Coordinate the setup process for new legal entities for KiewitSupport all enhancements to systems directly impacting master data related to various disciplines throughout the modules. Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvementClose out projects that are complete and coordinate accordingly to ensure close steps are completeOther job-related tasks as needed or assignedQualificationsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to sustain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsSuperior attention to detail, with the ability to recognize patterns and discrepanciesHighly motivated and self-directed with the ability to multi-taskLogical reasoning abilities that enable one to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problem-solvingDemonstrated pattern of success in meeting quality objectivesA team player with excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills Preferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting Experience utilizing different modules within SAP will receive high considerationWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
