Position Details: Full Time, permanent Shift: 11pm-7am, including every other weekend. Previous experience working with the geriatric population preferred. Strong analytical and multitasking skills, excellent time management and communication skills are essential. Ability to take initiative in the completion of duties is a must. Responsibilities: Advocate for patients' rights in a nursing home. Conduct health assessments and initial screenings to determine patient's needs. Create and administer treatment plans to ensure the well-being and safety of patients. Maintain medical documentation of patient care and treatment. Communicate and cooperate with other medical staff. Work with family members of the patient to help them understand medical procedures, treatments, and medications.
