This role is essential to keeping jobs moving, equipment ready, and operations running efficiently.You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating equipment logistics, maintaining organization, and ensuring safety standards are upheld across the warehouse and job sites.What You’ll DoOversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including organization, inventory, and equipment readinessManage storage and tracking of contents for commercial and residential projectsCoordinate delivery and pickup of equipment to and from job sitesMaintain accurate counts of inventory, supplies, and contents movementEnsure equipment is properly maintained, tracked, and ready for useConduct job site visits to support field teams and identify safety concernsPerform safety inspections and job hazard assessmentsCoach technicians on proper procedures, handling, and safety standardsPartner with operations teams to support workflow and project timelinesUtilize barcode scanners and systems to track inventory and materialsWhat You Bring3–5 years of warehouse experienceExperience overseeing or leading warehouse operationsStrong focus on safety and experience conducting inspectionsSit-down forklift experienceExperience with inventory systems and barcode scannersAbility to load and unload materials and equipmentBasic computer proficiencyStrong communication and organizational skillsValid driver’s licenseAbility to lift 40–50 lbsWhat to ExpectThis role supports a 24-hour emergency service operation.
