No professional photography experience is required and hobbyists are encouraged to apply.Perfect for creatives, gig workers, and those pursuing careers in media or events!Essential Job FunctionsCapture high-quality images using CADY photography equipment and trainingCreate a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for students and familiesSet up, test, and maintain photography equipment before each sessionFollow company processes to ensure accurate image processing and workflow completionWork collaboratively with team members to support efficient event executionParticipate in ongoing training and skill developmentSupport additional operational initiatives and responsibilities as business needs evolve.Essential Driving RequirementsThis position requires regular and frequent travel to schools, studios and other assigned locations during the workday. Photographers are expected to drive personal vehicles as part of this role.Use of a personal vehicle during your entire working shiftTimely travel to multiple job sites throughout the workday, sometimes on short notice Willing to drive to off-site locations for photography events and sessions as assignedSafely transport photography equipment using personal vehicles or company vans in accordance with safety and asset-protection guidelinesDrive lawfully and safely using personal vehicle and CADY vansValid state driver’s licenseValid automobile insuranceScheduling ExpectationsAvailability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak seasonsWeekly hours will vary based on event schedule and business needsJob RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age and out of high schoolHigh School diploma or equivalentMust pass a satisfactory background checkAble to work well within a team setting and independentlyAmazing customer service and communication skills Coachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output Physical Requirements and Environmental FactorsThis role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting equipment up to 40 lbs.Able to bend or stoopWork indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
