Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of new build education projects and adjacent community or commercial builds valued up to $10 million.This role suits a strong operator who thrives in structured environments, understands stakeholder sensitivity within live education settings, and can confidently manage subcontractors, programme, safety and quality outcomes on site.The OpportunityReporting to a Team Lead, you will take full ownership of site operations, leading your team to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes in line with structured delivery processes.You will be trusted to run your site with autonomy, maintain strong client relationships and ensure program certainty, cost control and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.What You Will Be DoingLead all site coordination and delivery activities from mobilisation to practical completionDrive programme outcomes through realistic lookaheads and sequencingChampion a zero harm culture and ensure WHS compliance across all tradesOversee quality assurance including ITP implementation and defect closeout prior to PCManage subcontractor performance, meetings and on-site communicationsIdentify risks early and escalate cost, time or quality impacts promptlyMaintain audit-ready records including diaries, permits, registers and site documentationSupport commercial discipline through timely documentation of instructions, delays and variationsWhat Good Looks LikeProjects delivered safely with hazards closed promptlyProgramme milestones achieved with minimal disruptionDefects closed prior to practical completionClear, respectful communication with clients and consultantsSite documentation that stands up to auditAbout YouYou are a seasoned Site Manager with demonstrated experience delivering new build education or community infrastructure projects.
