Wholesale Assistant

Our wholesale department here at Kaxi is growing like crazy (hello Anthropologie, Free People, Salon Centric, Scheels etc!!!!) Not only do we have major retailers, but we also have over 1,500 boutiques, salons, and med spas that carry Kaxi that deserve more love + attention. With all the crazy happening around here we need to find the perfect person to come in and help coordinate all the moving parts. Someone that can communicate with our operations manager and our sales team to make sure everyone is on the same page. This person will be doing lots of different things, but needs overall be a team player and ready to hop in to help this machine grow!Responsibilities (are not limited to)Day to day point of contact for wholesale accounts and retail partnering inquiries.Monitoring Shopify and Faire customer service and back end.Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.Monitor order status and communicate updates with retailers, buyers, and sales reps.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication.Team player that is willing to jump in wherever needed (we wear many hats!).Has a positive attitude and is a self starter.Experience with Shopify, Faire, Shipstation, and WOS is a huge bonus!*Pay depends on experience.**No part time or remote applications will be considered.
