This role involves leading new hire orientation, facilitating ongoing training, and championing cultural initiatives to ensure employees feel valued and engaged. The ideal candidate will leverage instructional design skills and performance analytics to identify training gaps and create impactful learning experiences.What You'll Be DoingReal-time tracking team member performance & engagement leveraging Business IntelligenceHosting virtual & in-person coaching opportunities that support employee development spanning leasing techniques, financial understanding, advanced sales skills and more.Promoting operational efficiencies by monitoring and providing training on property management software platforms (Resman, Coupa, etc.).Devising strategic learning plans targeting employee needsBuild interactive learning content and deliver across company portfolioSupport the growth of the internal peer-to-peer mentorship programCommunicating regularly with support function leads and leadership in developing new and innovative best practices.Take ownership of the mystery shop program to align with sales enablement strategies, ensuring insights are leveraged to enhance customer experience and sales performance.The Ideal Candidate HasLong-term focus and desire to work in a fast-paced, growing organizationAt least 3 years in a training role creating instructional content.Prior experience in property management.Expertise in instructional design with proficiency in Google/Microsoft suite (especially PPT/Slides and Excel/Sheets).Experienced in video production and video/audio editingExperience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP)An outgoing, people-centric attitudeDetailed, organized, and routine-orientedStrong virtual and in-person communication skills with experience in virtual facilitationProactive, autonomous, and self-disciplined work ethic to close gaps that arise with our teamsReside in Austin, TX (Hybrid)What You'll GetOur compensation & benefits package is designed to reward long-term career growth.
