Geriatrician Advisory Board MemberWe are seeking an experienced geriatrician, senior clinical leader, or innovator in aging-focused care to join our Advisory Board and help shape the clinical, operational, and strategic direction of a forward-looking healthcare organization. This role is designed for leaders with deep expertise in comprehensive geriatric assessment, complex chronic disease management, polypharmacy optimization, value based care models, and interdisciplinary approaches to caring for older adults.As a Geriatrician Advisory Board Member, you will provide strategic guidance on age-friendly care delivery, frailty management, cognitive and functional assessment frameworks, care transitions, long term care strategy, home-based and community-based models, and population health initiatives targeting older adults. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure evidence based, person centered care that prioritizes safety, functional preservation, quality of life, and measurable improvements in outcomes and total cost of care.You will also advise on scalable geriatric service models, risk stratification strategies, advanced care planning integration, interdisciplinary team design, regulatory considerations affecting elder care, and innovative programs addressing social determinants of health in aging populations.This position is ideal for a geriatric leader passionate about advancing the science and delivery of care for older adults by translating clinical expertise into disciplined, sustainable, outcomes-driven models that improve longevity, independence, and quality of life.About Alzheimer’s Treatment Centers of America (ATCA)Alzheimer’s Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Personalized Precision Medicine to transform the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and cognitive impairment, including brain fog associated with Long COVID.

ATCA is building a repeatable, specialist supported specialty model that expands access to structured cognitive evaluation and longitudinal management while maintaining clinical rigor and operational scalability.Seamless System Integration: ATCA’s care model integrates within the existing healthcare ecosystem. Treatments are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and most major commercial insurers, reducing barriers to access and accelerating patient adoption.Focused on Outcomes: In a study utilizing ATCA’s AI driven protocol, 75% of patients with mild cognitive impairment demonstrated no further cognitive decline. Advise on comprehensive geriatric assessment frameworks, frailty identification, cognitive and functional evaluation standards, polypharmacy oversight, fall prevention strategies, and regulatory compliance related to elder care. Reinforce clinical integrity through outcomes measurement, quality-of-life metrics, adverse event monitoring, documentation standards, and continuous quality improvement initiatives focused on preserving function, independence, and dignity.Geriatric Care Models & Scalable Delivery Systems: Advise on the development of efficient, scalable models of geriatric care, including interdisciplinary team design, home-based and community based care programs, post-acute and long-term care integration, transitional care management, and chronic disease coordination for medically complex older adults. Support the creation of sustainable service lines that enhance access, reduce avoidable hospitalizations, improve care transitions, and address social determinants of health impacting aging populations.Value-Based Care, Risk Stratification & Population Health Strategy: Guide strategic alignment with evolving reimbursement frameworks impacting elder care, including value-based contracts, Medicare Advantage models, accountable care structures, bundled payment initiatives, and risk-adjusted population health strategies. Promote disciplined monitoring of geriatric-specific KPIs such as functional status preservation, hospitalization rates, readmissions, total cost of care, and quality benchmarks tied to aging populations. Advise on revenue optimization strategies aligned with compliant documentation, advanced care planning, chronic care management, and transitional care services.Provider Engagement & Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and interdisciplinary care teams to strengthen geriatric integration across primary care, specialty care, post-acute, and long-term care environments. Support provider alignment, change management, and engagement strategies that reinforce team based, person-centered approaches to complex elder care.
