Apply to the position as Process Engineer Jr today!Position SummaryNefab is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Dallas plant and help drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and sustainability. In this hands-on role, you will support new product launches, process design, continuous improvement, and equipment projects while working closely with the Plant Manager and regional operations team. This is a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment that requires flexibility, strong problem-solving, and a consistent, hands-on approach. The right candidate will take ownership from day one and have the opportunity to grow into broader processes, quality, or operations leadership within Nefab’s global organization.MAIN RESPONSIBLIITESLead the launch of new products into manufacturing operations.Develop and implement efficient, scalable production processes.Research, evaluate, and recommend new equipment, tools, and technologies to improve performance.Develop and maintain manufacturing standards, including costing, pallet, packaging, nailing, and gluing standards.Partner with Product Design and cross-functional teams to optimize products for manufacturability.Document and improve procedures to support scalability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Lead innovation, digitalization, and equipment implementation initiatives to improve performance and sustainability.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.1–3+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering; recent graduates with strong internship or co-op experience will also be considered.Interest in developing project management and changing management skills; PMP certification is a plus.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles; coursework or internship exposure is acceptable.Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.Willingness to learn ERP systems and manufacturing documentation tools.NICE TO HAVEExposure to life cycle analysis or sustainability improvements.Experience with CNC, water jet, or laser equipment.Background in packaging, woodworking, plastics, or multi-material manufacturing.Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design tools.Knowledge of manufacturing ergonomics and safety standards.Experience with time studies, data collection, and analysisLANGUAGESFluent in English, both written and verbalPROFESSIONAL PRINCIPALSTo always act in a professional and ethical manner.To maintain a positive work environment and recognize that this is a shared responsibility and includes recognition, respect, co-operation, and open communication.SKILLS AND COMPETENCESProcess ImprovementLean ManufacturingNew Product ManagementProject ManagementData AnalysisProblem SolvingCross-Functional CollaborationERP SystemsContinuos ImprovementADDITIONAL INFORMATION (I.E.
