AI Integration Specialist
Our customer is a leading designer and manufacturer of mobility products in the Medical Device industry. Headquartered in the Scranton-Wilkes Barre, PA area, our customer has operations worldwide.They seek an AI Integration Specialist for a full-time employment opportunity with their organization. Candidates will be tasked to develop, implement and manage Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to bridge the gap between AI technology and business needs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify areas in need of process improvement and automationDevelop strong working relationships with all functional teams including but not limited to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales and DistributionDevelop project scope, budgets, requirements and schedules to meet project objectives for proposed AI initiativesImplement approved AI solutions into the company’s existing systemsAct as a liaison between the business and 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact between business departments (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Distribution) and the Information Technology team, translating department needs and requests into actionable AI solutionsCoordinate efficient communication with all stakeholders throughout each projectDevelop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of AI toolsEnsure robust monitoring and performance tracking of AI integrations and toolsEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards for AI systemsDevelop and execute training plans to educate stakeholdersIntegrate Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning (AI/ML) models, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and services into the company’s existing systemsDesign, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using OpenAI and ChatGPT Enterprise, connecting AI capabilities to corporate data sources including ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, Snowflake, and DatabricksStay current with AI tools, trends, and best practices to continuously enrich instructionEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents, or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the Annual CTPAT Security TrainingFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgmentWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Science or Business related fieldRequired SkillsExcellent working knowledge of ML algorithmsExcellent data analytical and visualization skillsIntermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent working knowledge of SharePoint, MS Project, Jira or a similar project tracking applicationExcellent working knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data integration techniquesExcellent working knowledge of ERP systems including integrating AI tools with enterprise data sources including ERP, ecommerce platforms, and sales dataExcellent web navigation skillsExcellent presentation, verbal and written communication skillsPreferred SkillsBasic understanding of Lean Principles preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future.
