Repack WorkerOH Warren - Warren, OH 44483OverviewSalary Range $17.48 - $17.48 Hourly Level EntryDescriptionThis position will require transfer to our Middlefield, Ohio location within the next 3 - 6 months.Job Purpose:The Repack Worker is responsible for repacking products, assembling displays, labeling items, and preparing pallets according to work orders. It ensures all products meet quality standards, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and properly handles defective products for disposal or recycling.Key Responsibilities:Break down full pallets of product into smaller quantities and repack per work orderBuild and label boxesBuild skids of repacked productBuild mixed product palletsBuild customer displaysShrink wrap skids and displaysSome product assemblyAdd labels and UPCs to product as requiredScrape flash from finished productClean any grease or dirt from productReview and sign off on spec sheets and work ordersMaintain safe and clean work environment by keeping workstations and surrounding areas neat and free of debris and trashEnsure product meets company quality standardsPlace out of quality product in correct locations for proper recycling or disposalQualificationsSkills:Must be organizedHave a strong attention to detailAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work well within a teamHave a positive attitudeWillingness to learnPhysical Requirements:Can lift up to 50 lbs unassistedBend, reach, push, pull frequentlyStand continuously throughout shiftClimb up and down a safety ladder
