The Helper is to show up to work and complete the work outlined by the Foreman. A desired candidate is reliable, coachable, and willing to learn.ResponsibilitiesUnload necessary equipment and tools for job from vehiclesInstall and test systems under close guidance/ supervisionOperate machinery safely and effectivelyComplete tasks as directed by Foreman in a timely mannerUtilize project drawings to accurately and entirely interpret installation requirement detailsThread and groove pipe, cut hanger rods, frequently climb ladders, hang pipe, read blueprints, and keep work area cleanComplete necessary paperwork in its entiretyRequirementsPerform other related duties as assigned or requiredHigh School Diploma or GEDReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseAble to work early hours, including 4:00 AM start timesAbility to lift 70 pounds, walk climb, bend, kneel, crawl, twist, reach, push, pull, and power-grasp throughout shiftWilling to learn and be trainedHigh precision/ detail-orientedCompleting project in its entirety/ does not take short-cutsOrganized, systematic and adherent to deadlinesAble to work independently and through ambiguous situationsPreferred CSA CertificationOSHA CertificationKnowledge working in Profit Zoom, Building Reports, and PaylocityWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionPaid Time OffPaid Holidays401(k) matching
