Bayview Physicians Group is seeking a well-trained BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join our established, high-volume practice in the growing community of Suffolk, Virginia. The candidate will be supported by an experience team of OB/GYN physicians and APPs who prioritize collaborate, patient-centered care. Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecologic conditions, including reproductive health, menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and menopause-related concerns.Perform in-office procedures such as pelvic exams, Pap smears, colposcopies, biopsies, and contraceptive management.Conduct surgical procedures, including cesarean deliveries, hysterectomies, laparoscopic surgeries, and other gynecologic surgeries as clinically indicated.Manage patient care in both ambulatory and hospital settings with a focus on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.Collaborate with WHNPs, CNMs, and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR (eCW/Epic).Participate in call rotation and provide after-hours or emergent OB/GYN care as needed.Provide patient education on reproductive health, family planning, pregnancy, and preventive care.Adhere to clinical guidelines, best practices, and regulatory standards while contributing to a positive and professional practice environment.Organization:Bayview Physicians Group is largest private medical group in Virginia.
