The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales in a retail environment. *Duties* - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Provide product knowledge to customers and assist with their inquiries - Upsell products to increase sales revenue - Process returns and exchanges following company policies *Skills* - Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management - Ability to supervise and lead a team in the absence of management - Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling - Proven track record in sales with a focus on customer satisfaction - Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Knowledge of retail sales processes and best practices - Familiarity with operating a cash register efficiently - Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.50 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 38 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Shift: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Ability to Commute: Tallahasee, FL (Required) Ability to Relocate: Tallahasee, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
